by | Jul 9, 2019

Gaggia is an Italian company who have been making coffee machines since 1938, when their founder Achille Gaggia applied for a patent for the first modern steamless coffee machine. The Gaggia company was founded in 1947 and formally incorporated in 1948. Italy is renowned for its fantastic coffee and passionate culture and Gaggia have been making high-quality machines ever since.

For this review, we’ll take a look at the Gaggia Anima and see if it lives up to the high-standard of machine that we are used to seeing from Gaggia.

The Gaggia Anima is a large coffee machine. It comes with a 2 Year Warranty as standard, so you get a good guarantee that you can replace the product should anything go wrong. It comes as standard in black and has clearly labeled options on the front of the machine.

Gaggia Anima Review

The Gaggia Anima features a large removable 60 Oz Water Tank which can be accessed at the top left of the machine and it also has an 8.8oz bean hopper. The machine features a Panarello steam wand which is very simple to use, fill your cup with milk and hit the steam button which is located on the front of the machine.

The wand automatically injects air into the milk, and once it has been frothed, you can press the Espresso machine, also located on the front and once your coffee is brewed your drink is ready for you to enjoy.
